Four String Brewing open for business

So far, so good for Four String Brewing Co. in Columbus. Actually, so far, so great, says owner and brewer Dan Cochran. “The response here in Columbus has been absolutely nuts,” he said. “[I'm] just trying to keep up … The Columbus market has been really open to a new brewery and been super supportive.” Four String made its debut earlier this month. Right now, it’s producing two beers: Brass Knuckle and Backstage Blonde. The beers are available in about a dozen bars and restaurants throughout the Columbus area and Cochran is adding another 12 soon. His production brewery also is open for tastings and growler sales from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays. He is open sometimes on weekends and posts when on the Four String Facebook page. He recommended several places where you can find his beer: Brazenhead, Buffalo Wild Wings, Matt the Miller’s Tavern, Bodega, Woodlands Tavern and Brews Cafe.
