- Must be 18 years or older to enter.

- Contest ends May 31 at 11:59 PM.
- To enter, contestant may complete and submit an entry form at www.the330.com.
- One entry per person per day.
- Drawing will be held on June 1. Sponsors will select winner at random from among all entries. Winner will be notified by e-mail or telephone. If potential winner cannot be contacted within five days of notification, or the potential winner is ineligible for any reason, sponsors will select an alternate.
- Winner will be posted on www.the330.com.
- The odds of winning are dependent upon the number of eligible entries received.
- Winner will receive featured prize promoted on www.the330.com.
- The Akron Beacon Journal and Ohio.com are not responsible for lost or stolen prizes.
- Employees of the Akron Beacon Journal and Ohio.com and its agencies and franchisees and their immediate families (spouses, parents, children, siblings and each of their respective spouses) and members of the same household are not eligible to enter.
- By entering this contest, you are giving the Akron Beacon Journal/Ohio.com and its partners permission to send advertising information to you.
- By participating in this giveaway and/or accepting a prize the winner agrees to release and hold The Akron Beacon Journal/Ohio.com and the contest sponsor and any of their affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees, advertising promotion and fulfillment agencies, wholesalers, and individual retail licensees harmless from all tax liability, losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind that may arise from their acceptance of said prize including without limiting property damage, personal injuries and death.
