The movie was shot mainly in the Akron area. And Corbin Bernsen — who wrote, directed and co-starred in the movie — says he will be making more movies here. In a chat in the Beacon Journal offices following the formal announcement of the premiere, Bernsen said the look of Northeast Ohio lends itself to filmmaking.
